This refreshing parfait can be made with any fruit and yogurt combination and is a great option for a Mother's Day brunch.

Directions :
  1. In the bottom of each glass place approximately 1 inch of yogurt, then a layer of fruit, another 1 to 2 inches of yogurt, and repeat. The top layer should a fruit layer.
  2. Serve chilled.

Ingredients :
  • 6 ounces yogurt, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup mangos--diced, more, if desired
  • 6 ounces black berries
  • garnish with sliced almonds, if desired
